Description
The CCNL regulates the economic treatment and common legal minimums for all workers in the Italian tanning sector.
The collective agreement has the force of law between the parties and produces its effects with regard to the collective parties that are directly stipulated, as well as "individual" subjects that belong to the trade unions and employers' association (or an individual employer) that have been stipulated therein.
The contract also applies to those that, even if they are not enrolled in the stipulating trade unions, implicitly or explicitly have adhered to it (for example with the signing of a letter of employment that makes express reference to the same).
The CCNL is applicable to all workers involved in internal tanning operations. For workers who are employees of third party agencies, the Parties can make use of specific solutions. With regard to the tanning sector, the parties declare that the regulations stemming from this CCNL is the only one that is applicable, therefore excluding its inclusion, in whole or in part, in any other CCNL entered into by them or their representatives.

The tanning CCNL, as renewed on 21 January 2021, is in effect as of 1 November 2019 and its economic part expires on 30 June 2023.
The agreement, in its entirety, is deemed to be renewed from year to year unless terminated six months prior to the expiration with a registered letter with advice of receipt.
In case of termination, it shall remain in force until it is replaced by the next agreement.
Il CCNL disciplina i trattamenti economici e normativi minimi comuni per tutti i lavoratori del settore conciario italiano.
Il contratto collettivo ha forza di legge tra le parti e produce i suoi effetti nei confronti delle parti collettive direttamente stipulanti, nonché dei soggetti "individuali" appartenenti alle associazioni sindacali dei lavoratori e dei datori di lavoro (o di un singolo datore di lavoro) che lo hanno stipulato.
Il contratto, inoltre, si applica anche nei confronti di coloro che, pur non iscritti alle associazioni sindacali stipulanti, implicitamente o esplicitamente hanno prestato adesione allo stesso (ad esempio con la sottoscrizione della lettera di assunzione che vi fa espresso riferimento).
Il CCNL è applicabile a tutti gli addetti a fasi di lavorazione conciaria interne. Per i lavoratori dipendenti delle aziende terziste le Parti potranno adottare soluzioni specifiche. Per quanto riguarda il settore conciario le parti dichiarano che la regolamentazione di cui al presente CCNL è l'unica applicabile, pertanto escludendo di inserirla, totalmente o parzialmente, in altri CCNL stipulati da loro o proprie rappresentanze.

Il CCNL conciario, rinnovato il 21 gennaio 2021, decorre dal 1° novembre 2019 e scadrà sia per la parte economica 30 giugno 2023.
Il contratto, nella sua globalità, si intenderà successivamente rinnovato di anno in anno qualora non venga data disdetta sei mesi prima della scadenza con lettera raccomandata con ricevuta di ritorno.
In caso di disdetta resterà in vigore sino a che non verrà sostituito dal successivo.
