SER26 - Social and Environmental Report of the European Leather Industry
SER26 follows up on SER20, bringing together COTANCE and industriAll Europe to produce an updated Social and Environmental Report of the European Leather Industry. Supported by the European Union, the project collects and analyses data from European tanneries and trade unions to assess the sector’s social and environmental performance. Through reliable benchmarks and dialogue between employers and workers, it aims to support sustainability improvements and help the industry respond to evolving European requirements.
METASKILLS4TCLF - Alliance for Cooperation on Digital & Circular Economy Skills
METASKILLS4TCLF is an Erasmus+ project equipping Europe’s textile, clothing, leather and footwear industries with the skills needed for the green and digital transitions. Building on earlier European skills initiatives, it develops training resources and innovative learning approaches focused on digital technologies and the circular economy. By connecting industry and education, the project aims to help companies address emerging skills needs and make learning more engaging for the next generation of professionals.
AEQUALIS4TCLF - Skills for Equality, Innovation and Resilience
AEQUALIS4TCLF is an Erasmus+ project addressing skills gaps and supporting workforce development in Europe’s textile, clothing, leather and footwear industries. Bringing together 19 partners from eight European countries, it develops skills strategies and innovative training resources while strengthening cooperation between industry, education providers and regional stakeholders. With a strong focus on inclusion, the project also promotes equal opportunities and diversity, addressing discrimination and the specific needs of migrant workers to help build a more resilient workforce.
TCLFSkillBridge - Connecting Regions, Industry and Education
TCLF SkillBridge supports skills development in Europe’s textile, clothing, leather and footwear industries by bringing together regional authorities, companies and education providers. Launched by EURATEX, CEC and COTANCE with support from the European Commission, the project helps establish regional skills partnerships and develop action plans tailored to local industry needs. It also supports exchanges between regional stakeholders and helps small and medium-sized businesses develop initiatives to strengthen and update their employees’ skills.
SYMBIOS - Industrial Symbiosis for the Leather and Agrifood Sectors
SYMBIOS is an Erasmus+ project exploring how the leather and agrifood sectors can work together to use resources more efficiently and turn waste and by-products into opportunities. By examining existing practices, regulatory frameworks and potential collaborations, the project aims to develop a replicable model of industrial symbiosis. A dedicated digital platform will provide information and training on the green and circular economy, while helping companies connect and develop new partnerships.
